International Tourism Promotion Campaign " Anytime for Taiwan"

Taiwan Tourism Bureau launched a new tourist campaign called " Anytime for Taiwan" offering travelers to upload their videos from trips to Taiwan to Youtube. The most popular video (according to viewer's votes) will win round the world plane ticket. Any video that will win more than 1000 votes will receive 1 NT dollar for each vote casted.
Event Duration: The event begins on August 15, 2014, and ends on August 14, 2015, at 23:59 (GMT +08:00).
Announcement of Winners: September 2015 (specific date at organizer's discretion).
Submission Requirements:
• Submissions must be filmed in 2014 or later.
• Submitted videos must be related to the theme of travel in Taiwan.
• Videos may be filmed with digital video recorders, digital cameras, cell phones, or any other audiovisual equipment. Videos may also have special effects added.
• Videos must be under 5 minutes in length and under 20 GB in file size.
• Resolution: 720p (1280x720) or above.
• File format: .MOV, .MPEG4, .AVI, .WMV, .MPEGPS, .FLV, 3GPP, Web M.
• Compression format: H.264.
• Videos must have English subtitles if they are not in English.
