"Applicant" can be either an authorized signatory or the company itself. In case of the latter, please attach a Company Registration Certificate in English, authenticated by Israel Ministry of Foreign Affair within recent 3 months.
In case the person submitting the application at our office is not the authorized signatory signed as the applicant in the application form, or in case the applicant is a registered company, please attach to the application the documents listed in the following section (Additional required documents for applications submitted by an agent on behalf of the applicant).
Additional required documents for applications submitted by an agent on behalf of the applicant:
A Power of Attorney, printed and signed by the applicant. Names of the applicant and agent need to be spelled exactly as they appear on their passports.
Agent's valid passport (original and photocopy)
Lower part of the Application Form completed by the agent
Electronic signatures are not accepted. All submitted documents must be originals.
Payment Method: Cash only. Please prepare the exact sum.
Document Collection: Your document can be picked up in person or by courier. If the person collecting the document is not the applicants themselves, the courier needs to present a Power of Attorney, printed and signed by the applicant, and a photocopy of the courier's valid passport. Please retain the receipt and present it when collecting your document.
We do not offer photocopy services. Applications missing any required documents will be rejected.
An application for the authentication of a Power of Attorney or passport copy must be submitted in person by the applicant.
