Obtaining a Police Criminal Record Certificate (PCRC) from Taiwan

Please note that the requirements for overseas applications and those lodged in Taiwan are different. Police Criminal Record Certificate will be issued by Taiwan Police Agency. If you are not in Taiwan, you will need to post your application for the PCRC to Taiwan directly. TECO Tel Aviv only certifies your passport copy to be used as part of your application.

Overseas applications can be made BY MAIL only.

Steps to Follow:

Have your current passport authenticated by the local embassy of your nationality.
Request the embassy to send a direct email to our office’s email address: consular.teco.il@gmail.com, confirming the authenticity of your passport with an attached scan of the authentication certificate that was issued by them.
Make an appointment with TECO Tel Aviv office to authenticate the verified passport copy.
Collect the authenticated passport copy from our office.
Post all the required documents as detailed at Taipei City Police Department website.

Authentication of Passport Copy

To authenticate your passport, please prepare and submit the documents as detailed here. Applications can be submitted in person only, booking is required. Please book an appointment at consular.teco.il@gmail.com or call at +972 (0)3 607 4788.

It is kindly suggested to confirm with the Taipei City Police Department the amount of the fee required to be included with the application, as postal services may vary depending on the destination.
