* Online filled visa form with signature
* Visa request letter mentioning the travel purpose, duration and Invitation letter from Taiwan’s inviter.
* Confirmed round trip ticket
* Confirmed hotel booking record
* 2 passport size photos 3.5x4.5cm, white background, showing 60% face
* Passport original and photocopy
* No objection letter from the employer (mentioning designation of the applicant, travel purpose and duration.)
* Any certificate of the proof of profession or employment
* Other documents related to the tour
***For Nepalese, Bhutanese, Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Sri Lanka passport holders:
Please download the "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" from our website, ( https://www.roc-taiwan.org/uploads/sites/16/2014/08/%E4%B8%AD%E8%8F%AF%E6%B0%91%E5%9C%8B%E7%B0%BD%E8%AD%89%E4%BF%9D%E8%AD%89%E6%9B%B8Letter-of-Guarantee-for-Visa-Application.pdf ) email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and get attached with the inviter's ID copy and the Taiwan's company/ organization 's registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.
