Visa process for student visa for Indian passport holders

* Online filled visa form with signature
*Visa request letter from applicant stating the study plan, duration and type of degree
* The NOC letter provided by the University where the applicant is affiliated to. It should clearly mention that the student's academic exchange is based on the MOU signed between the two universities. The exchange duration should also be noted.
*The invitation letter by the University in Taiwan should also mention that the student's academic exchange is based on the MOU signed between the two. The exchange duration should also be noted.
* The photocopy of the MOU
*Original and one photocopy of proof of financial support
*2 Passport size photos 3.5x4.5cm, white background, showing 60% face
*Passport original and photocopy
****The student who is holding Nepal and Bangladesh passport:
The visa for the above mentioned passport holder should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.

The inviter should fill the form, scan and mail it to the student, and keep the original guarantee letter in Taiwan.
TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan.
Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submit to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan. The submission process please check https://www.boca.gov.tw/cp-159-249-4162c-2.html
The visa will be issued after BOCA verify the case and inform TECC.
The guarantee verification process will take at least 7 working days.
Submission: Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00.
Collection: Monday-Friday, 15:30-16:30
There is no submission and collection other than the timings mentioned.
