[Dependent visa process]
For the spouse and the children of foreigners holding Taiwan’s Alien Residence for employment
Mandatory documents for attestation:

**Attested English version of marriage certificate for spouse as a relationship proof (issued by the concerned govt. of India or the original nations), birth certificate and vaccination/immunization card for children below 6 years
**Attested Health check certificate for spouse and children from 6 years and above (Please download “Health Certificate for Residence Application Form” from our website: https://www.roc-taiwan.org/in_en/cat/17.html
The hospital has to endorse the health check certificate.
The mentioned documents should be attested by the issuing state govt., MEA (India) or other foreign embassies (including Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Nepal only) in India first and request TECC’s attestation.
Visa process
- Online visa registration: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw
Print out the filled visa form and sign. - Visa fee: Cash only. Please check our website for the visa fee: https://www.roc-taiwan.org/in_en/post/5377.html
- Required documents:
*Online filled visa form with signature.
*Working permit issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor or ARC photocopy of the concerned person in Taiwan. The employment duration should be more than 6 months.
* Photocopy of attested relationship proof
* Passport photocopy of the ARC holder in Taiwan
* Photocopy of attested health certificate for residence application
* Photocopy of the spouse or parent who has ARC or Work permit in Taiwan.
*2 passport size photos, 3.5x4.5cm, white background, showing 60% face
*Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy
*Financial proof
****Applicants who are holding Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh passport:
The visa for the above mentioned passport holders should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.

The inviter should fill the form, scan and mail it to the applicant, and keep the original guarantee letter in Taiwan.
TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan.
Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submitted to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan. The submission process please check http://www.boca.gov.tw/np.asp?ctNode=674&mp=1
The visa will be issued after BOCA verify the case and inform TECC.
The guarantee verification process will take at least 7 working days.
Submission:Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00.
Collection: Monday-Friday, 15:30-16:30
There is no submission and collection other than the timings mentioned.
