Position Title:
Manager, Education Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India (TECC)
Job Summary: The employee will manage comprehensive administrative work at the Education Division at TECC, de fecto the Taiwan Embassy in India. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating communication and coordination within the Education Division and with external stakeholders, contributing to the overall objectives of promoting educational exchange and collaboration between Taiwan and India.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of the education systems and cultural contexts of India and Taiwan is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the Education Division Director.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, agendas, invitations, and follow-up activities.
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between the Education Division and relevant stakeholders to promote collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze data and information to identify opportunities for enhancing educational exchange and cooperation between Taiwan and India.
- Public Relations and Outreach:
- Facilitate the Education Division's efforts in promoting Taiwan's education system, scholarships, and cultural exchange programs in India.
