Visitor Visa (180 days or less) for Studying Chinese

Requirements	Description
Completed and signed application form	Please fill out the application form with a barcode on the following website: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/. Print out the form and sign it.
Two color passport-size (45 mm in height and 35 mm in width) photos taken within the past six months	Photos must have a white background.
Passport (original and photocopy)	Passports must be valid for at least six months and have blank pages. Please photocopy the information page that contains your photo, as well as your last visa for Taiwan, if any.
A certificate of admission issued by a Chinese language center affiliated with a university or institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (original and photocopy)	For an updated list of schools, please visit the following website: http://depart.moe.edu.tw/ED2500/News.aspx?n=B9C5E550F0D6C668&sms=141E0BD754235129. Applicants who have obtained an admission certificate from the Chientan Overseas Youth Language Center must also submit a recommendation by the Overseas Community Affairs Council. Applicants must attend a minimum of 15 hours of classes per week (Monday to Friday).
