At the invitation of the Civil Service Training Center, Taichung City Government, also as one lecture of the People’s Diplomacy Series coordinated by the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Republic of China on Taiwan, Director-General Charles Li of TECC in Chennai had the pleasure of addressing an audience of more than 450 middle and senior ranking civil servents on the topic of “The achievements of the New Southbound Policy - A case study of India.”
At the invitation of the Civil Service Training Center, Taichung City Government, also as one lecture of the People’s Diplomacy Series coordinated by the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Republic of China on Taiwan, Director-General Charles Li of TECC in Chennai, in the afternoon of August 23rd, had the pleasure of addressing an audience of more than 450 middle and senior ranking civil servents on the topic of “The achievements of the New Southbound Policy - A case study of India.”
Director-General Charles Li offered an extraordinary opportunity for the audience to appreciate the Incredible India and recent development by sharing what he has closely observed in the past 3 years. He also highlighted key data in terms of the potential advantages of India’s collaboration with Taiwan in areas such as trade and investment of various industries, higher education, exchange of visit, mutual cultivation of talent, culture, religion, tourism, health and NGO, etc. Director-General Charles Li’s lecture lasted for 3 hours and was warmly received and responded by the audience.
