Regarding the marriage with Taiwanese, the process as follow:
1.You should make an interview appointment with us first. The marriage certificate should be English version. -If any of the following conditions applies, the genuineness of a marriage is considered to be beyond doubt, and applicants may be exempted from the interview; however, applicants of the same marriage who have previously not passed the interview stage do not qualify for this provision:
- The applicant has been married to the ROC citizen for more than a year and has a biological child with the ROC citizen.
- The applicant has been married to the ROC citizen for more than two years and can prove that he/she lives together with the ROC citizen.
- The ROC citizen has resided in the country of the foreign national for more than two years and has obtained legal residency of that country.
- The applicants have both legally resided in a third country for more than two years and have been married there.
- The foreign national has previously taken an academic degree at a university or college in Taiwan, has successfully applied for work in Taiwan after graduation and has held an ROC Resident Certificate for the purpose of 4 employment for one year or more, and has been in a relationship with the ROC citizen during that period.
- The foreign national holds a valid ROC Alien Permanent Resident Certificate.
- A sufficient number of facts are presented testifying to the genuineness of the marriage, which are accepted by the Ministry.
2.Bring the concerned documents to interview:
*The household registration of the Taiwanese couple
*The ID and Passport copies of the couple
*Attested Marriage Certificate
*Attested health certificate of the foreign spouse (please request the hospital to fill the Health Certificate for Residence Application Form https://www.roc-taiwan.org/inmaa_en/post/730.html according to the result. Each and every item should be fulfilled and with all the original medical report.)
*Attested Police Clearance within a year of the foreign spouse
*The Declaration for Chinese name
* Introduction letter for the couple including both side's family background, education background, how do they get to know each other, the description of your marriage ceremony.
*Financial supporting proof and employment proof.
3. If the Foreign spouse needs to apply dependent visa Taiwan, he or she have to prepare other documents:
The Taiwanese spouse should take the attested marriage certificate and other related documents mentioned to go back to Taiwan and register the marriage first and have a renew household registration from Taiwan.
Submit the Visa application with the documents as follows:
*online application form
*2 passport photos (3.5cm x 4.5cm, shows 60 percents face)
*the passport copies from the both side.
*the renewed household registration note the marriage registered.
* Attested health Certificate of the foreign couple
* Attested No criminal record report or police clearance of the foreign couple of his/her original country.
(Marriage certificate and police clearance of foreign spouse should be issued, registered and attested by the spouse's jurisdiction state before the documents are submitted to MEA for attestation)
We suggest you can give the Chinese version of the regulation to your couple for reference.

一、面談：
（一）結婚雙方當事人均須前來。
（二）應備文件：
1、我國人中華民國身分證、國人三個月內含詳細記事之全戶戶籍謄本及經我國法院法院公證及印度－台北協會驗證之單身證明正本。
2、配偶之有效印度護照
3、經印度法院或公證人認證之單身宣示文件。
4、印度地方政府或法院出具並經印度外交部驗證之結婚證書。
5、雙方認識經過之書面說明。
****有下列情形之一者，認其婚姻真實性無虞，得申請免面談。但因同一結婚事實曾經面談未通過者，不在此限：
- 雙方育有親生子女。
- 結婚二年以上並有共同生活事實之具體事證。
- 國人旅居外國人之本國一年以上並取得合法居留權。
- 雙方在第三國合法居留一年以上相識結婚。
- 外國人在臺修讀大專校院取得正式學位，期間雙方在我國認識交往。
- 外國人依外國專業人才延攬及僱用法及就業服務法第四十六條第一項第一款至第六款及第十一款取得外國專業人才、外國特定專業人才、外國高級專業人才及中階技術人力之有效外僑居留證。
- 外國人取得我國有效外僑永久居留證。
- 有事實足認婚姻真實無虞並經外交部核准。
二、文件驗證：
（一）通過面談者請續辦理結婚證書及外籍配偶取用中文姓名聲明書驗證。
（二）當事人持憑前項文件向我國人所屬戶政事務所辦理結婚登記。
三、依親簽證：
（一）效期6個月以上之印度護照。
（二）線上填妥、列印並貼妥2吋半身彩色照片之中華民國簽證申請表。
（三）已辦妥結婚登記之我國人最近3個月全戶戶籍謄本。
（四）經本處驗證之結婚證書正、影本（正本驗畢退還)、外配之健康檢查、外配之良民證. 有關健康檢查部分，請自本處下載居留或定居健康檢查項目表(Health Certificate for Residence Application )，並請依據表規定之項目逐項檢查，請醫師依據檢查結果逐一在乙表上填報資訊，倘有缺填或空格，該份檢查將被視為無效。另原始的健康檢查報告皆應逐頁完整提供本處複查，倘有原始報告缺少或不足，該份健康檢查亦將遭視為無效。
注意事項：
一、請事先查明向印度地方政府或法院辦理結婚登記之程序及應備文件。
二、請逕洽詢國人向所屬我國戶政事務所，除經本處驗證之結婚證書及外籍配偶取用中文姓名聲明書外，辦理與外籍配偶之結婚登記有無其他規定（例如配偶之印度護照影本等）.外籍配偶之良民證(Police Clearance)以及外籍配偶之健康檢查證明(結婚證書及良民證須於外籍配偶原居住地辦理登記及核發，並由原居住地所在州政府驗證 )。
