From 03 October 2023, the timing of the Consular services is as below:
Visa and attestation submission:
Monday-Friday: 9:00-12:30 PM.
Any submission by post, courier, fax, or email is not acceptable. Please apply only at our counter.
Visa and attestation collection:
Monday-Friday: 4.00-5:00 PM
There is no submission and collection other than the timing mentioned.
The application requires 5 working days for normal services and 3 working days for applications with express service.
For example:
Normal: If you apply on Monday, then your document will be ready for collection Next Monday.
Express: If you apply on Monday, then your document will be ready for collection on Thursday.
Note: Additional supporting documents/interviews might be required on a case-by-case basis. If additional documents are given by the applicant, the number of days will be calculated.
For Example: If submitted on Monday Express process and additional documents asked by TECC. Again the 3 working days will start from the day when you submit your additional document

Please note that the TECC will issue a receipt for accepted submissions. If you have any queries about the visa/attestation status, please provide the number of the receipt.
If the case is submitted by an agent, and the agent cannot provide any number of the receipt, it means the case has NEVER reached our TECC.
