According to the regulation of Qatar government, foreigner who applies for educational documents attestation needs to submit a certification letter issued by the school where he/she graduated from. This letter is to prove the applicant is qualified as a graduate who attended the required classes in school. An English transcript is also required together with the letter.
Taiwan applicant or an entrusted agent needs to prepare the above mentioned document(s) for authentication through the following procedures:
Documents certified by Notary Public in ROC (Taiwan);
Authentication at the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Foreign Ministry or at its branch offices in Tai-Chung City, Kaohsiung City, Hualien City, and Chiayi City;
Authentication by Taipei Commercial Representative Office in Kuwait;
Authentication by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait;
