Ambassador James C. P. Chang was invited to attend the 「Regional Workshop for the Caribbean Countries on the Preparation of the Fifth National Biodiversity Report and the Clearing-House Mechanism」in the Morning of 16th September, 2013. The ceremony was hosted by Dr. James Fletcher, Minister for Public Service, Sustainable Development, Energy, Science and Technology. There are 17 countries in the region attended the workshop, including Saint Lucia, Cuba, Belize ,Trinidad and Barbados. The workshop continued from 16th to 20th September in Gros-Islet Saint Lucia.
