Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Myanmar for the second time helped Myanmar government to fly back 58 stranded Myanmar nationals plus 3 professionals from Taiwan vis China Airlines Relief Flight on July 26. On its returning flight, the Relief Flight carried 115 passengers back to Taiwan or in transit to the US.
The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Myanmar facilitated the first batch of 55 Myanmar nationals and 3 professionals to fly back to Yangon on July 9 via China Airlines Relief Flight. The TECO in Myanmar will continue coordinating with the Myanmar government authorities concerned and facilitating any relief flight for Myanmar nationals stranded in Taiwan to return to Myanmar in the future.
