To actively expand its market in Southeast Asia, the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government recently teamed up with 18 tourism industry operators from five sectors—food, accommodation, travel, shopping, and entertainment—to promote tourism in Malaysia. The event, themed "All in Taipei, Made for You," attracted over 50 local travel agencies and media participants. The event featured Taipei’s mascot "Bravo" to liven up the atmosphere. In addition to facilitating B2B exchanges event, a "Taipei Sensory Experience Zone" was set up, where attendees could try Maokong tea, taste freshly baked wheel cakes and try the Dadaocheng fun art rubbing to experience Taipei's local culture and creative energy. Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia, Phoebe Yeh and the secretary-general of the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government, Shen Yung-hua shared the latest Taipei’s tourism information, deepened the future tourism cooperation opportunities between Malaysia and Taiwan.
