As Chinese New Year approaches, Taiwan’s Ponkan oranges are back in Malaysia!
This year, 15 tons of premium Ponkan from Taichung have arrived, with support from the Agriculture Bureau of Taichung City Government and Shigang District Farmers’ Association of Taichung City. They held the “Taichung Ponkan in Malaysia 2026 Promotional Event” in Kuala Lumpur on mid-January!
The Economic Division of Taipei Econimic and Cultural office in Malaysia, the Taiwan Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur, and the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Malaysia all showed their support at the event, with local media and business representatives also invited to join. Everyone at the event praised the excellent quality and taste of Taiwan's fruits!
