Taiwan Chefs Association and The Taiwan Junior Chef Association (TJCA) are participating in the Global Culinary Challenge in Kuala Lumpur and Seremban, Malaysia, from July 21 to 25. Competing alongside talented chefs from around the world, Team Taiwan is showcasing the innovation, creativity, and excellence of Taiwan's culinary culture through their outstanding skills.
Ambassador Lien Yu-Ping visited the competition venue to cheer on the Taiwanese contestants. She noted that cuisine is an important expression of a nation's cultural soft power and expressed her hope that this international competition will not only strengthen exchanges with chefs from around the world, but also further enhance the global visibility of Taiwan's rich and diverse culinary heritage.
Ambassador Lien concluded by encouraging Team Taiwan to give their very best in the competition and wished all the contestants every success and outstanding achievements.
