As a celebration of the 30th anniversary, the Chinese Taipei School (Kuala Lumpur) held an online ceremony on 22 May 2021. Representative Anne Hung made her congratulatory remarks via video expressing her appreciation to the board of directors, principal and teachers for establishing an excellent learning environment for the students. Adopting Taiwan’s quality curriculum and instruction, the Chinese Taipei School (Kuala Lumpur) has been provided high-quality education for students since 1991 and cultivated numerous talents in various fields.
She also pointed out that Taiwan and Malaysia have enjoyed cordial relationship over years. Taiwan has always been Malaysia’s major trading partner. Last year, bilateral trade between Taiwan and Malaysia registered US$19.34 billion. Taiwan is the fifth largest trading partner of Malaysia, while Taiwan‘s accumulated investment in Malaysia reached $13.8billion. In addition, People to people exchanges between both sides in areas such education, tourism, etc have been immense.
She said, adopting Taiwan’s curriculum and syllabus, Chinese Taipei School (Kuala Lumpur) has not only played an important role in providing quality education to children of the overseas Taiwanese business people, but also promoted Taiwan’s quality education and culture. She ended her remarks by wishing the Chinese Taipei School (Kuala Lumpur) continued success and a brighter future based on its 30 years’ excellence.
