Legalisation procedure (English) - Taipei Representative Office in the Netherlands 駐荷蘭台北代表處

Only Dutch documents that are going to be used in Taiwan should be authenticated by Taipei Representative Office in the Netherlands, foreign documents should be authenticated by the Taipei Office in originating country.

All documents to be authenticated by our Office should be authenticated by Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Documents required for authentication by our Office

1、Legalisation Application Form (download Legalisation Application Form )

2、Original document(s)

*document(s) presented must have been authenticated by Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

3、1 Copy of every original document

*applicant is required to bring the copies

4  Business documents : Include a copy of Chamber of Commerce extract from originating company. If there is a name / signature inside the document from personnel from originating company, also include a copy of the passport from that person.

5、For Dutch nationality : Applicant's identification documents (ex: passport, ID, driving license) + copy

*For Taiwanese and other nationalities : Passport + copy.

6、Incase you use bank transfer for payment, please include a "printscreen" of your payment.
