- We can only accept business documents which have been certified by the New Zealand’s Authentication Unit of the Department of Internal Affairs.

- A COMPLETED application form, the Company is the “Applicant” in accordance to the Incorporate Certificate. The person who applies is the “assignee” that represents the company.
- Please do not leave any blank spaces. If a question does not apply, please write “NONE”.
- Incomplete or improperly completed application forms will be returned UNPROCESSED.

- Original and photocopy of passport, or signed colour copy if applied by courier.
- Extra photocopy of every document that require authentication. (Only one copy is needed if several documents are identical.)

- NZ$26.00 per document.
- An additional 50% of application fee will be charged for express service. (One working day)

- Cash payment can only be made at the reception.

- Applying within NZ by post: Please enclose a pre-paid and self-addressed envelope or a courier bag.
- Applying outside NZ: Please arrange DHL pick up the document from our office.
DURATION
The processing of a completed application usually takes 3 working days. However, a maximum period up to TWO months might be expected if documents involved should be confirmed by a third authority.
