Online Speedy Immigration Inspection Certificate for Foreign Business Visitors Form is for foreign visitors who visited the Republic of China (Taiwan) at least 3 times in the past 12 months.
The Speedy Immigration Inspection Certificate is for foreign business visitors who use speedy inspection counter to enter Taiwan. This Form is submitted electronically to the National Immigration Agency website via the Internet. Foreign frequent visitors use the information entered on the form to process the approval application.

Important Notice to Applicants:
1. Approved holders are eligible to use Speedy Immigration Counter for "Foreign Frequent Visitors" designated by National Immigration Agency (NIA) at international airports and seaports in the Republic of China (Taiwan). NIA may ask approved holders to proceed to other counters for the purpose of clearing passport inspection.
2. This certificate should be submitted along with your valid passport and Arrival Card for immigration inspection. Without this certificate, NIA has the right to refuse visitors using the Speedy Immigration Counter.
3. Visitors NOT coming from visa exemption countries or Hong Kong and Macau residents are required to apply Visa or Entry and Exit Permit before entry.
4. This certificate does not confer holder any right of entry to or exit from Taiwan. Holder's entry to or exit from Taiwan is governed by the Immigration Act and related regulations.
5. This certificate shall be used only by the holder him/herself.
6. Please reapply the certificate when a new passport is issued.
7. The competent authorities reserve the right to refuse to issue or revoke the certificate.
8. This certificate is valid only for one year.
