Taiwan Embassy hands over ambulance to Ministry of Health

On behalf of the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ambassador Wallace M.G. Chow presented an ambulance to the Minister of Health, Dr. Emais Roberts at a brief ceremony held at Belau National Hospital on June 5th.
Before the hand-over ceremony started, Ambassador Chow briefly introduced and reviewed the exterior paintings as well as the interior equipment of the ambulance with Minister Roberts. Minister Roberts, on behalf of the government of Republic of Palau, expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Chow for the donation of the ambulance.
The ambulance is equipped with standard emergency equipment and will have a doctor and a nurse on its mission as of a Mobile Medical Service provided by the Ministry of Health for the big functions in Palau, such as the Independence Day Celebration.
