新型冠狀病毒疫情期間，申請移工簽證注意事項及菲國仲介公司應配合事項
IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR LABOR VISA REQUIREMENTS AND FOR PHILIPPINE MANPOWER AGENCIES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD
- 申請移工簽證，應備文件不齊全(含未按捺指紋)且逾期者，不予受理。
Labor visa applications with incomplete (including no applicant’s fingerprints) and invalid documents will NOT be accepted.
- 自中華民國98年7月3日起，菲籍人士首次向本處申請移工簽證赴臺工作，凡遲至21歲以後始做遲登之出生證明，不予受理。
Effective on 3 July 2009, late birth registrations filed after the applicant has reached 21 years old will NOT be accepted for the first-time labor visa applicants.
- 請確認勞動部招聘函及入國引進許可函效期，逾期不予受理。
Invalid Letter of Recruitment and Letter of Visa Permit issued by the Ministry of Labor, Republic of China (Taiwan) will NOT be accepted unless an extension permit is attached.
- 請確認勞動部核可之「外國人力仲介機構認可」效期，逾期不予受理。
Invalid “Foreign Employment Service Agency Recognition” issued by the Ministry of Labor, Republic of China (Taiwan) will NOT be accepted.
- 請確認移工簽證申請案應備文件及證件中，移工個人資料是否一致，以免影響簽證申辦進度。
Please make sure that the personal information provided on all documents and identification cards of each labor visa applicant are accurate and consistent.
- 疫情期間，請電話預約（每日限10家仲介，每家仲介每日限5件），並請依預約時間準時來處申辦，倘未依約定時間送件，本處將取消預約。
During pandemic period, applications must be scheduled in advance via telephone call for labor visa applications. (Only 10 manpower agencies per day are allowed to submit applications. Furthermore, each manpower agency is limited to a maximum of 5 applications per day). All applicants who have an appointment should present themselves at our office counter at 1F, Tower 1, RCBC PLAZA on time as arranged. If the applicant/manpower agency fails to arrive on time, the appointment will automatically be cancelled.
- 疫情期間，移工簽證無提辦，簽證審核天數原則上為5個工作天。
During pandemic period, labor visa processing time is five (5) working days. Requests for expedited processing will NOT be considered.
- 疫情期間，移工簽證申請案補件時間延長為14個工作天，補件當日重算審核天數。
During pandemic period, fourteen (14) working days will be allowed to comply with additional requirements for labor visa application. Processing time will be recalculated from the day of submission of additional documents.
- 請確實遵守補件時間，倘因申請人或仲介公司拖延補件時間，致移工簽證審核時間延後，則請確實向臺灣雇主或臺灣仲介傳達正確申辦進度及延後原因。
Please submit the required additional documents within the obligatory period of time. If there are any delays of labor visa application, the applicant or Philippine manpower agency must honestly inform their respective Taiwan employer or Taiwan manpower agency of the reason of delay.
- 菲律賓仲介公司向本處申辦移工簽證，其申請案件不予處理，而放置本處逾1個月者，本處將採取拒件處理。
TECO will DENY any labor visa application, if the related documents are left unattended by manpower agencies for more than one (1) month from the date of application.
- 請確實遵守RCBC PLAZA大樓及本處防疫措施。
Please strictly follow all the measures enforced by RCBC PLAZA and TECO to fight against COVID-19.
- 菲律賓仲介公司未遵守上述任何一項規定，將寄發警告信，停權1個月不予受理其移工簽證申請案件。倘累積3封警告信，將停權3個月，其違規行為將函報我國勞動部及菲國海外就業署(POEA)，並公佈於本處公布欄及官方網站。
If any of the Philippine manpower agencies fails to follow the foregoing rules and regulations, TECO will issue a warning letter to the violating manpower agency and it will be suspended from filing labor visa applications for one (1) month. In addition, if an agency receives three (3) warning letters from TECO, it will be suspended from filing for three (3) months. TECO will also report the cases of violation to the Ministry of Labor, Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). The cases of violation will be posted on the bulletin of TECO consular lobby and TECO official website as well.
