APPLICATION PROCESS (Please read all instructions carefully and completely to ensure your application is processed correctly):
For TaiwanICDF Scholarship applicants:
Please refer to their official guidebook for the requirements. Submission is through the Online Application System only. You are not required to send a copy of your scholarship application to TECO PH Education Division's office or email.
For Huayu Enrichment Scholarship, Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE) Scholarship, and Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Scholarship Applicants:
After completing the online application form, print it and submit it along with the other required documents to our office. You may submit your documents in person or through a representative at the embassy, Monday to Friday (except holidays), during the following hours:
Morning: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM
Alternatively, you may send your documents via courier services such as LBC, 2GO, DHL, or JRS Express.
NOTE: Submissions through express delivery services (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
