Grand Inauguration of Taiwanese business YFC-BonEagle’s new plant in Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP)

On 14 November 2022, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines Michael Peiyung Hsu attended the grand inauguration event held by the YFC-BonEagle International, Inc. (YFC-BonEagle) at the Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP).
Congressman Hon. Christian Yap, Former Congressman Hon. Victor A. Yap, Hermosa Mayor Mr. Antonio Joseph Inton, President of Taiwan Association Inc. Philippines Ms. Frenny Lee, Chairman of Taiwan Chamber of Commerce & Industry in the Philippines, Inc. Mr. Michael Lin PhD, Council member of Overseas Community Affairs Council Mr. Allan Lin were also present at the event.
YFC-BonEagle has been specialized in cable manufacturing business, including AC power extension cord, communication cables as well as provides fiber optic and data center solutions. Mr. Arthur Hua, CEO of the YFC-BonEagle said that amid the US-China trade war the company managed to relocate its factories in China to the Southeast Asia countries. The Philippines is competitive with its abundant labor force and English-speaking talents, so the YFC-BonEagle chose the Philippines as its manufacturing base. Hua pointed out that the Philippine factory’s annual output value amounts to 1 billion pesos and believes that the future prospects are very promising.
