To legalize your documents at TRO in Poland, first you need to have them translated into English or Chinese by a sworn translator and then legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland/Ukraine.
Both original transcript and its translation need to be legalized.
When these documents are legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, please send us via e-mail scans of them (each document in a separate file) for early verification.
To legalize documents at the Taipei Representative Office in Poland, it is necessary to submit:
- Legalized documents;
- Legalization application completed in English and signed by the owner of the documents: www.boca.gov.tw/cp-207-454-a8064-2.html
- Photocopy of your passport;
- Extract from the National Court Register (KRS) - if the owner of the documents is a legal person;
- Consular fee in cash, in Polish currency.
Application Submission Options:
Applicants may submit their documents using one of the following methods:
- In Person
Submission in person requires a prior appointment. - Through an Authorized Representative (Agent)
Submission via an agent also requires a prior appointment. The agent must complete the lower section of the application form and attach a photocopy of their passport. - Via Delivery Service
When submitting via delivery service, applicants must enclose the exact amount of the applicable consular fee in the envelope.
Document Collection Procedures:
- In Person
Applicants may collect their documents during the Consular Section’s working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00) without the need for an appointment. - Through an Authorized Representative (Agent)
1. If the same agent who submitted the application is collecting the documents and their information has already been provided, no authorization letter is required.
2.2. If a different agent is collecting the documents, the applicant must provide a signed authorization letter. The letter should be sent to the Consular Section as a PDF file in advance. - Via Delivery Service
Applicants may also opt to receive their documents via courier. In this case, the applicant is responsible for:- Paying the relevant delivery fees in advance;
- Arranging for the delivery service;
- Sending the shipping label to the Consular Section as a PDF file at least one working day prior to the courier’s scheduled arrival.
