Ambassador Grace Chang welcomed the Taiwan delegation to the 16th World Scout Moot

On July 23, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Portugal, Ambassador Grace Chang, together with Dr. Yung-Chin Yang, International Commissioner of the Scouts of China (Taiwan) and member of the APR Scout Committee, welcomed the Taiwan delegation to the 16th World Scout Moot at Tejo Park near Lisbon, offering her support and best wishes.
Led by Mr. Hsiao-Hung Wang, the 140-member youth delegation will engage with scouts from Portugal and around the world, highlighting Taiwan’s active role in global youth affairs.
Ambassador Chang encouraged the scouts to explore Portuguese culture, broaden their horizons, and thanked them for their efforts in promoting Taiwan’s youth diplomacy and international friendship.
