Swedish document/s for use in Taiwan must be legalized by us. Application can be submitted in person or by post. Please be reminded that incomplete application will be rejected or returned.
To be submitted:
- Original document/s - must be stamped at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (UD). For detailed information please see the link below

- Completed application form - ( Form download )
- Copy of applicant’s passport
- Copy of the original document - will be retained by us (for identical documents, one copy is sufficient, preferably double sided copies)
- Legalization fee: SEK 155 per document, for express handling the fee is SEK 233. Please observe that we do not accept credit cards. Payment must be made by money transfer to our account BG 886-8812, a proof of payment must be provided. Payment must be made 2 days in advance, i.e. received by us the day before we receive the application. If you are transferring the fee outside of Sweden, please see bank information here.
- Return envelope – Self-addressed and stamped, if not picking up personally. Click here for the information for return post.
Handling time: 7-10 working days. 4-5 working days for express processing. We do not guarantee the processing time; individual cases may require longer periods, depending on particular circumstances and the complexity of the case.
