Submit in person: Please email to swe.consular@mofa.gov.tw to book for appointment. Service hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-11:30.
Mail by post: Please send the application to: Sveavägen 168, 3tr. 11346 Stockholm, Sweden (Receiver: Taipei Mission in Swede, Consular Division)

Completed application form. For documents of minor ages, the parent will be the applicant.
A copy of the applicant’s passport
Original document stamped and signed by the Swedish/Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
A copy of the original document to be retained by us (for identical documents, one copy is sufficient, preferably double sided copies).
Others: Chinese translation (if needed)
Please check with the agency requesting the document to see if a Chinese translation is required. If a Chinese translation is required, then you may (1) have an authorized translator translate the document, then submit it to the Swedish/Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for stamping and signing, then to us, (2)the applicant translate the original document, then write at the bottom of the document “I hereby declare that this translation is a true and correct Chinese version of the attached original to the best of my knowledge and belief” then sign it in front of a notary public, then submit it to the Swedish/Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for stamping and signing and lastly to us for legalization, (3) the applicant translate the original document, then come in person to our office to sign on this translation. Please book for appointment beforehand and advise us the legalization of a Chinese translation is required.
Fee
Online payment only. Fees should be received latest the day before we receive the application. A proof of payment should be submitted.
For residents in Sweden please pay to BG 886-8812 (payments made not from applicant’s bank account, please remark the applicant’s name).
For applicants from Norway or other countries, please pay to this bank account.
