Want to taste Taiwan’s renowned snacks? Want to relax mentally and physically? Taiwan is the place to visit! Taiwan is waiting to “touch your heart. It has fine cuisine from all over the world, the latest fashions, as well as a romantic atmosphere, making it a place where you can eat your fill of great food, shop till you drop, and be happy! The warmth of the people and the convenience of life always leave visitors with a deep impression. The Taiwan Tourism Bureau cordially invites the people of Singapore to visit the Taiwan Pavilion (Hall 3, 3H04) at NATAS from August 16 to 18 to pick up the latest travel information, experience Taiwanese cultural activities, and show a receipt from a purchase of a Taiwan travel product to receive free gifts; visitors also have a chance to win a Singapore-Taipei return air ticket in a raffle. Now is the time to visit Taiwan!
Bringing together distinctly Taiwanese religious and folk festivals, sports competitions, innovative handicraft activities, and other events, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau has brought out the Taiwan Tourism Calendar ─ which includes 42 world-class events that are representative of Taiwan, displaying the diverse characteristics of cities and counties across Taiwan and its outlying islands; there is for example the exciting 10,000 Person Swim Across Sun Moon Lake, the relaxing Taiwan Hot Spring & Gourmet Carnival, and the dazzling Taipei 101 New Year Firework Display. There are also many other splendid events throughout the whole year that visitors can participate in across Taiwan.
During NATAS from August 16 to 18, Sirens Vocal Band, an a capella group from Taiwan that has received countless awards, will perform Taiwanese songs with creativity and passion; a magician who has won multiple awards, Jacky (Zheng Ze-hong,) and winner of the Traditional Crafts Award, Zhong Li-ying, will also show their skills, and there will also be a demonstration of how to make the Taiwanese peanut roll ice cream, a famous Taiwanese snack, and a tasting event. All the activities are sure to let visitors feel the charm of Taiwan. Buyers of a Taiwan travel product during NATAS will receive a fine free gift upon presentation of their receipt at the Taiwan Pavilion (Hall 3, 3H04); visitors who take part in a stamp collecting activity at the Taiwan Pavilion will also have a chance to win a Singapore-Taipei return air ticket. What are you waiting for? Be sure to make a beeline for the Taiwan Pavilion (Hall 3, 3H04) August 16-18!
