Ambassador Allen C. Lou met with H.E. Issa Kayd Mohamud Raagsale, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somaliland.

H. E. Allen C. Lou, Ambassador of Taiwan Representative Office in the Republic of Somaliland had a very fruitful talk with H.E. Issa Kayd Mohamud Raagsale, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland and honorly sent the congratulatory letter from H.E. Joseph Wu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chian(Taiwan) to Minister Raagsale.

Ambassador Lou emphasized that Taiwan and Somaliland will work together to strengthen robust friendship and comprehensive relationship in accordance with the spirit of mutual assistance for mutual benefit.

Foreign Minister Raagsale was honored that Somaliland has become Taiwan's gateway to Africa, and promised to enhance bilateral relations and create a win-win for prosperity of both countries.
