Ambassador Allen C. Lou said Taiwan and Somaliland have laid a solid foundation of cooperation in just one year.

He firmly believes that both countries will continue to work together to strengthen our robust friendship in accordance with the spirit of mutual assistance for mutual benefit.

Taiwan is pleased to have implemented numerous cooperation in areas that are fundamental to national development, such as agriculture, healthcare, ICT, energy, business, minerals, and education, etc.

Taiwan is confident that the mutually beneficial and friendly ties between Taiwan and Somaliland will be further deepened.

Taiwan and Somaliland are co-shaping many possibilities in the dynamic world in the best interests of both nations.
