From 1 October 2025, to enhance visitors' travel experience and speed up immigration clearance, all foreign visitors without Taiwanese residence or diplomatic status are required to complete the TAIWAN ARRIVAL CARD (TWAC) online within 3 days before entering Taiwan.
1.Foreign nationals without an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), Resident Visa, or Diplomatic ID card
2.Mainland Chinese travelers with Multiple Entry & Exit Permits
3.Hong Kong and Macau residents with Multiple Entry & Exit Permits
4.ROC nationals without household registration or Taiwan Area residence certificates
