National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Tainan is now welcoming applications from international students for its 2012/13 degree programmes.
Applicants can opt from a wide range of degree programmes at Bachelor, Master or Doctoral level across nine colleges. The colleges encompass the academic fields of Liberal Arts, Sciences, Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Planning & Design, Management, Bioscience & Biotechnology, Medicine and Social Sciences.
A number of degree programmes are fully English-taught, but Chinese language courses are also offered to international students free-of-charge. Scholarships are available and free on-campus accommodation is provided.
