The Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) in Washington, D.C. is proud to present:
· An outdoor screening of the Taiwan film, “Fishing Luck” (2005, dir. Wen Chen-Tseng) on the main lawn of the Twin Oaks estate on Friday, May 30 at dark (approx. 8:30 p.m.)
· An outdoor screening of the Taiwan film, “Chocolate Rap” (2006, dir. Chi Y. Lee) on the main lawn of the Twin Oaks estate on Saturday, May 31 at dark (approx. 8:30 p.m.)

· Remember to check for weather-related updates
As the outdoor starlight film screenings may be cancelled in the event of an unfavorable weather forecast, we encourage all who plan to attend to please keep an eye on the weather predictions for the final weekend in May. On the day of each screening, please log on to our website and check for any updates regarding cancellation due to weather.
TECRO will attempt to reschedule the event(s) should weather interfere with the planned screening dates.
· Ticketing
Free tickets will be required to gain entrance to the Starlight Screening events at Twin Oaks on May 30 and May 31 due to a 300-person capacity on the main lawn of the estate. Tickets can be reserved in advance by contacting James Finnegan (finnegan@tecro-info.org) and will be distributed at the Twin Oaks entrance starting at 7:30 p.m. — one hour before the start of each event.
· Seating
Visitors are welcome to bring along mats, blankets, etc. in order to make seating on the estate lawn more comfortable. Food items are also permitted and bottled water will be provided gratis at the event. Remember to please remove all trash from your seating area before leaving the estate. Please, no alcoholic beverages.
· Transportation
If possible, please plan on using the metro system to get to the event. The closest Metro stop is Cleveland Park on the Red Line, approximately a 0.8 mile walk to the estate. Several bus lines are in close vicinity of Twin Oaks. Please visit the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority website at http://wmata.com.
· Parking
On-street parking in the vicinity of Twin Oaks is limited. Visitors driving to the event are encouraged to utilize parking at the nearby National Cathedral (http://www.cathedral.org/cathedral/visit/parking.shtml) and walk the short distance (.5 miles) to Twin Oaks.
