TECO Director General Paul Chen was invited to attend the Elementary School Graduation Ceremony of the Chinese School of Guam hosted on May 29, 2021. He congratulated the graduates for making an accomplishment in Chinese language learning, in his address at the ceremony, and encouraged them to continue Chinese learning in the future. During the ceremony, Director General Chen presented the TECO Director General Award to a student and donated 3 illustrated books on COVID-19 prevention written in traditional Chinese characters, as the ceremony ended, to the school represented by Joseph Hsu, President of the Chinese School Foundation and Teacher Lee from the school.
