Director General Yvonne Hsiao and Science & Technology Division Director Dr. Pin-Chuan Chen from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Houston were invited to attend the 2025 TTBA Annual Symposium, organized by the Texas Taiwanese Biotechnology Association (TTBA).
This two-day event brought together leading scholars and industry experts from Taiwan and the United States to explore key topics in cancer translational research, industrial innovation, and research commercialization, showcasing the vibrant momentum of Taiwan–U.S. collaboration in biotechnology.
Distinguished Research Fellow Dr. Han-Chung Wu, from Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology of Academia Sinica, delivered the keynote speech, presenting his latest research breakthroughs and perspectives on international collaboration.
With support from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Taiwan and the United States continue to deepen research cooperation, fostering global connections among young scientists and innovation teams.
