The requirement is for preventative maintenance and repair services of miscellaneous MFP equipment. Services will be conducted at Luke AFB commissary in Arizona. Please see the attached preventative maintenance check list and commissary equipment descriptions (CEDs) for a sampling of the services required. The period of performance is one base year from the date of award plus two option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fix Priced CLINs and Time and Material (T&M) CLINs. The estimated quantities are stated on the solicitation. The request for proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about March 14, 2017. The anticipated award date will occur in May 2017. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), to include listing 811310 in both databases. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. |
