It is our pleasure to inform that 2010 Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show will be held in Taipei at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall from March 5 - 9, 2010. For more details, please refer to website:

You and/or others from your esteemed company are cordially invited to attend this show. The organizer - TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) provides incentives to encourage your participation. Qualification and incentives are as follows.
Qualification
1. General Buyer:A minimum of USD 1 million in 2008 annual sales of the applicant’s company.
2. VIP Buyer : A minimum of USD 5 million in 2008 annual sales of the applicant’s company.
3. VVIP Buyer: A minimum of USD 50 million in 2008 annual sales of the applicant’s company. Or top 5 importer, retailer, or chain store in the US.
Incentives
TAITRA offers 3 types of subsidies to its qualified applicants:
1. Buyer: 1 room with a maximum subsidy of NTD 15,000 to be used for lodging (up to 4 nights with at least 2 nights being in the show), and airport pickup in the accommodating hotel.
2. VIP Buyer: Economy-Class round-trip Airfare or 1 room with a maximum subsidy of NTD 15,000 to be used for lodging (up to 4 nights with at least 2 nights being in the show), and airport pickup in the accommodating hotel.
3. VVIP Buyer:Round-trip Airfare and 1 room with a maximum subsidy of NTD 15,000 to be used for lodging (up to 4 nights with at least 2 nights being in the show), and airport pickup in the accommodating hotel.
(VVIP who uses round-trip ticket and hotel accommodation needs to attend trade meeting held in conjunction with the show)
Expenses Claim
1. Airfare:
The following documents must be provided within one month after the show.
(1) Approval letter.
(2) Copy of VIP badge or evidence of visiting titled as same as the approval letter.
(3) A completed questionnaire of the show.
(4) Airline ticket stub or electronic ticket.
(5) The receipt of payment.
(6) Boarding pass.
2. Accommodation:
TAITRA will reserve the official hotel for buyers. Buyers should provide the following documents to the hotel when check out. The hotel should request the payment in one month after the trade show.
(1) Approval letter.
(2) Visitor’s passport copy. (It should be the same with the approval letter.)
(3) Visitor’s business card.
(4) Copy of visitor badge or evidence of visiting titled as same as the approval letter.
(5) A completed questionnaire of the show.
(6) Hotel invoice entitles “Taiwan External Trade Development Council”; Company tax ID is “03702716”.
(7) Hotel invoice with visitor’s signature.
