TCCLA donated 20,000 masks to officers in LASD Temple Station as their first batch of donation

It was an honor to participate in the donation ceremony of “Million Masks for Greater Los Angeles” held by the Taiwanese- American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles (TCCLA) on June 17. The TCCLA donated 20,000 masks to officers in Los Angeles Sherriff Department (LASD) Temple Station as their first batch of donation. LASD will also distribute PPEs to the groups that are most vulnerable during the pandemic. Captain David Flores of Temple Station of LASD expressed his gratitude to TCCLA for their assistance in this dire time. He also mentioned that, with this generous donation, police officers can be safeguarded from COVID-19. Ambassador Abraham Chu also commended the TCCLA for their act of kindness and love from Taiwan.
