Congresswoman Judy Chu (D-CA) recognized the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (TECO-LA) for its vigorous efforts and generosity last year, under the leadership of Director General Louis M. Huang, to help fight the pandemic by donating thousands of personal protective equipment and $30,000 to provide 4,500 hot meals to frontline health workers and senior citizens in Los Angeles.
