Celebrating the Taiwan Baseball Team’s Outstanding Effort at the Babe Ruth World Series in Florida!

The Taiwan Babe Ruth League U16-U18 teams, formed by players from National Taitung University Affiliated Physical Education Senior High School, competed in the 2025 Babe Ruth World Series (Aug 2–8) in Ocala, Florida. After an intense 7-inning showdown, the U18 team claimed the Diamond Champion title with a 3-run victory!
To honor their outstanding performance, Director General Charles Chou and Senior Adviser of Overseas Community Affairs Council , Mr. Liao hosted a celebratory banquet, joined by the local Taiwanese community to congratulate the athletes. The players not only showcased incredible teamwork and sportsmanship but also warmed hearts by gifting their shoes to the Nigerian team, spreading the spirit of “friendship through sports.”
