DG Chou Attends Paraguay Independence 215th Anniversary Celebration in Miami

Director General Charles Chou was invited to attend the celebration of the 215th Anniversary of Independence of our diplomatic ally, Paraguay. He joined Consuls General stationed in Miami and members of the Paraguayan community in the United States to mark this meaningful occasion.
