“Measure Your Existence” at Rubin Museum of Art showcases works by Taiwanese artists

The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York is pleased to announce that works by Taiwanese artists Tehching Hsieh and Lee Mingwei will be featured as part of the exhibition “Measure Your Existence” at the Rubin Museum of Art from February 7 to August 10, 2020.

Organized by guest curator Christine Starkman, the exhibition seeks to explore the Buddhist concept of impermanence through time-based and durational installations. Joining Hsieh and Lee are four other contemporary artists, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Shilpa Gupta, Meiro Koizumi, and Taryn Simon.

The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Culture (Taiwan) and Taipei Cultural Center in New York.
