- To submit applications:
Starting from February 1st, 2024, applicants can submit applications from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00.
- 09:00 to 11:00 - by pre-booked appointment only. Those with appointments are requested to arrive on time. If late, please take a number to submit applications during walk-ins hours.
- 11:00 to 13:00 – open for walk-ins after applications with pre-booked appointments are received.
- No applications will be accepted on Fridays.

1. Online appointments: Please make an appointment in advance through the website https://tecony.simplybook.me/v2/#book. Applicants with appointments should present the confirmation email to the front desk in the lobby to be admitted to the consular office on the 4F.
2. Walk-ins: Limit 25 persons per day. Starting at 08:45, applicants can take a number in the lobby and submit your applications after the ones with appointments. We operate on a first come first served basis. Please be advised that your waiting time could be extended due to circumstances such as a large number of applicants and long process time for individual cases.
B. To collect your documents: Every Tuesday and Friday from 15:00 to 16:00. Please collect your documents with your receipt. No appointments necessary.
