THE 2026 MOE TAIWAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES

You are warmly invited to an informational seminar on scholarship opportunities offered by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan. This session is intended for scholars in World Language and related fields and interested students.
The seminar will highlight two scholarship for international students:
Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)– short term Mandarin language study in Taiwan for periods ranging from two months to 9 months. one year available.
MOE Taiwan Scholarship– enrollment in undergraduate or graduate degree programs at various Taiwanese universities. Full English taught programs available.
Recipients of this invitation are encouraged to attend the seminar and to share this invitation with interested students, who are welcome to participate either in person or online.
