The authentication of Taiwan identification documents is ONLY authenticating that the Taiwan passport photocopy is consistent with the original. Other identification documents (such as Taiwan ID cards, other residence documents, etc.) will not be accepted for authentication. Applicants must provide the original passport to us for checking against its copy when applying for authentication.

Application Form for Authentication: Each applicant must complete and sign the form. Applicants can submit multiple documents under one application.
The applicant’s original Taiwan passport and its COLOR photocopy: The copy must be in color. The original will be returned to walk-in applicants while submitting or sent back with the document via mailing.
