Education Counselor visits and works with Tra Vinh University

On March 2, 2026, Mr. Lin Wei-chih, Division Director and Education Counselor, conducted an official working visit to Tra Vinh University.
The program commenced with a seminar entitled "The Semiconductor Industry and Taiwan Scholarships," which attracted the participation of over 150 students, faculty members, and university representatives. The session provided students with in-depth knowledge regarding the development of the integrated circuit industry. Furthermore, the delegation introduced prestigious scholarship programs, highlighting significant opportunities for students to pursue higher education in Taiwan.
Following the seminar, a formal meeting was held between the delegation and the University Board of Management. Both parties engaged in discussions regarding the organization of a friendly football exchange between students of Tra Vinh University and Taiwanese universities. This initiative aims to promote physical education, strengthen solidarity, and foster diverse cultural exchanges between the two academic communities.
