Education Counselor Interacts with Over 130 Students at Vinh Long University of Technology Education

On April 15, 2026, Mr. Wei-Chih Lin, Education Counselor and Head of the Education Division, conducted an official visit and working session with Vinh Long University of Technology Education.
During the visit, the Counselor held a meeting and exchange session with representatives from the International Affairs Office, faculty members, and more than 130 students of the university.
Within the framework of the event, the Counselor shared an overview of the development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry, as well as the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process. Furthermore, he introduced the university to the scholarship programs offered by the Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE), along with the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) and the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE) - key initiatives aimed at attracting international talents in the fields of semiconductors, STEM, and finance.
The university expressed its deep appreciation for the visit, while also voicing the expectation that both sides will continue to strengthen cooperation and promote further higher education exchange activities between Taiwan and Vietnam moving forward.
