(Updated 20/5/2021) Brunei announced that the Temporary Suspension on Cross Border Activities is extended until 4th June 2021

On 20 May, 2021, The Prime Minister's Office of Brunei announced that the temporary suspension on entry of foreign nationals from Malaysia, including transits through Brunei Darussalam via land and sea ports, is extended by 14 more days until 4th June 2021.
Meanwhile, the temporary suspensions on the collection and delivery of private goods at checkpoints handled by runners registered in Brunei Darussalam, as well as temporary suspension on commuters via land and sea for the purpose of work are also extended by 14 more days until 4th June 2021. The conditions for the consideration of entry and exit travel mentioned above are subject to review by the Cross-Border Affairs Steering Committee from time to time.
